By using this App, you confirm that you are authorized by your organization to access and use SOFT and that you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of the App
SOFT is a Sales, Secondary Sales, and Field Force Management platform designed for Pharma, Healthcare, and FMCG organizations to manage sales activities, reporting, performance tracking, and analytics.
Data Collection & Usage
The App collects only the information necessary to provide its services, including but not limited to:
- User profile details (such as name, role, employee ID / username)
- Sales and activity-related data
- Location data (only when required for features like GPS attendance)
- Facial data (only if facial verification attendance is enabled)
All data is used strictly for business operations, reporting, analytics, and improving app functionality. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required by law or authorized by the organization.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the App only for lawful and authorized business purposes
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Not misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the App’s functionality
Permissions
The App may request access to:
- Location (for attendance and field activity tracking)
- Camera (for facial verification, if enabled)
